#onthisday it’s an old video but this vehicle was a 2015 Cadillac Escalade with an 8L90 where the chain fell off along with the pump sprocket. A previous repair under warranty was performed and apparently the technician installed the pump sprocket backwards. It never locked onto the pump and made it 50,000 miles before the sprocket fell off when the customer came to a stop.
