Paramount Games Studio confirmed this week that Saber Interactive’s planned Avatar: The Last Airbender AAA RPG, announced in 2024 and originally slated for the 2027-28 window, has been cancelled.
Vanillaware's typically stunning action RPG is being remade as Muramasa: Revenant Blades, and it's coming to PS5 in early 2027. Indeed, this is more of a reworked re-release than a simple remaster.
